The system tracks Clients, their Projects, and their Returns across 40 states. It follows time worked through a number of return preparation phases. It provides a real time report card of where the Projects stand, where each Client is, and lastly, how the Company is progressing in total. Analysis options show where project loads for workers assigned are in trouble, allowing work balancing to take place to allow timely completion.
