The Sales Tracking System tracks sales, payments, calls, and incidents for a group of customers. Roles employed are Admin, Sales, Technical, Data Entry, and Invoicing. Each Role has a set, but modifiable, list of capabilities (see below). Four different languages are available as well. Lastly, three distinct and separate databases are setup and selectable when logging in.
